Ihan Anita Ip

Anita approaches life with deep empathy and a critical lens. She believes that people can do and be their best when given a space in which they can develop as individuals and alongside others. Her years of experience as a university lecturer and early childhood educator led her to the Leadership Studies program at the University of San Diego where she is a doctoral student. She holds advanced degrees in music, is a lecturer in the Leadership Minor, and facilitates with the Conscious Leadership Academy. Her interests surround social justice in early education, human development, and integrating leadership with music and the arts to connect the field with the depth of embodied experience.
